Somewhere between decoding legal jargon and connecting with people, I realized that laws might organize society, but people build it. So, I swapped codes for conversations, courtrooms for collaborative workshops—and never looked back.
🌍 Fast-forward a few decades (and cities, and countries, and industries), and I have become a Team Builder, Agile Evangelist, Cross-Cultural & Change Expert, and an unapologetic people-person who thrives in the messy, magical business of making teams work.
📊 With over 15 years of coaching, mentoring, and training under my belt, I have worked with teams from 35+ countries, across sectors like IT, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, and NGOs, in companies ranging from nimble family-run businesses to sprawling multinational giants. If there’s a team dynamic to be tuned, a culture to evolve, or a silo to dismantle, I am already rolling up my sleeves.
